and deliver the desired output. Vita-Chem SA operates on the philosophy that the
definition of a perfect loaf varies from country to country. For this reason, we see every customer as unique and serve them as such. Consequently, our technical services’
main function is to engage and understand the customer’s needs so that the ingredients sold to them are optimally designed and targeted to address the specified needs.

Product Development

We work with our customers to understand their needs. Through our solid relationships
with our suppliers, we able to supply capability, expertise and knowledge transfer. Thus
we are able to supply a wide range of bread pre-mixes and improvers tailor-made for
the customer.

Training

Central to Vita-Chem SA’s marketing approach is the need to understand the
customer’s market environment, equipment and process, as well as the customer’s
people. Consequently, our training services can be targeted to staff members at every
level of the production process depending on the client’s needs.

Consulting services

Whilst exceptional quality of our products is a key driver to our business, our consulting
approach allows us to also to take into consideration and advise our customers on
issues of performance and cost. We are able to pull on the collective experience of our
people and that of our suppliers to create the most efficient and effective ways to
manufacture the customer’s products.
